I grew up in Provo, UT on sugary cookies, doughnuts, ice cream, and brownies. As much as I ate them, they were always too sugary for me. When I discovered Paletas in New Mexico, my world paradigm shifted. I asked myself "What is a Paleta?" I had never heard of them. They ended up being delicious frozen treats that were flavorful, creamy, and not too sugary. And I could add fruit as well! Sign me up. I started to go 3-5 times a week. Now, we have a Paleta Bar right here in Provo and instead of eating a Paleta 3-5 times a week, I eat them 7-10 times a week and always have a dozen in my freezer at home at all times. I'm passionate about Paletas and my biggest goal with the Paleta Bar is to find others to share that passion with. -William
